Before You Book

A 20% deposit is required to secure bookings of $500 or more. Your event date is not reserved until the deposit has been received. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of your event. Deposits are applied toward your total balance and are not an additional fee.

• 30+ days before event: Full deposit refund.
• 14–29 days: Deposit is non-refundable but may be applied to a rescheduled event within 90 days.
• Less than 14 days: Deposit is non-refundable.

If weather conditions make it unsafe to operate due in an outdoor venue, we'll work with you to reschedule your event at no additional charge. Remember that we can operate indoors if your venue has the space.
